UTMOST is born out of the inspired collaboration of two global humanitarian
physicians' quest for giving their utmost in their daily lives. They write candidly and
insightfully regarding their philosophies about life, work, relationships,
dreams, missions, love and God.

Drs. Brahma and Garcia-Gray come from very diverse cultural and religious
backgrounds yet are kindred spirits in so many ways. They exchange their profound
thoughts and look back at a year of emotional, psychological and spiritual growth.
They openheartedly exchange intimate thoughts about how they ended up in the
frontlines of disaster relief medical missions. They share their hearts and souls
with unabashed acceptance of Destiny and both come out discovering, in their
most human understanding, the meaning of Utmost in life and in love.
